The Fish Hoek Bowling Club won the annual tournament between the two clubs that took place this year in Stellenbosch with 127 points against the 117 points for Stellenbosch Van Der Stel Bowling Club.

Six teams from each club competed; two women's teams, 2 mixed teams and two men's teams.

The tournament has already become an institution over several decades during which the clubs compete every year for a floating trophy. Although there was strong competition between the two clubs, the tournament took place in a sociable atmosphere. The Fish Hoek Bowls Club was represented by their president, Cedar Ryan and the two vice presidents Allison Ranft (Ladies) and Ian Forgan (Men). Stellenbosch Van Der Stel Bowling Club's teams were led by the president, Lieb Swiegers.

Die Vishoek Rolbalklub het die jaarlikse toernooi tussen die twee klubs wat hierdie jaar op Stellenbosch plaasgevind het, gewen met 127 punte teenoor die 117 punte van Stellenbosch Van Der Stel Rolbalklub.

Ses spanne van elke klub het meegeding; twee dames-spanne, 2 gemenge spanne en twee mans-spanne. 

Die toernooi het oor etlike dekades reeds ‘n instelling geword waartydens daar jaarliks om die beurt by die klubs se bane om ‘n wisseltrofee meegeding word. Alhoewel daar sterk mededinging tussen die twee klubs se spanne was, het die toernooi in ‘n gesellige atmosfeer plaasgevind. Die Vishoek Rolbalklub was verteenwoordig deur hul president, Cedar Ryan en die twee visie-presidente Allison Ranft (Dames) en Ian Forgan (Mans). Stellenbosch Van Der Stel Rolbalklub se spanne was onder leiding van die president, Lieb Swiegers.
